We have an application that already exists and we need it to become a part of a website built in webEdition. Example: the web has several pages done with webEdition index.html about-us.html con...

Re: jupload only for admin?
Hi, are you sure, that jupload should work for all users with "Administrator permissions" checked? In my case it works only for the "admin" user. What exact permissions should I set, so that it works for other users? If it's not possible to use jupload by all users, how do your n...

jupload only for admin?
Hello,
I have uploaded the jupload.jar to /webEdition/jupload/ folder, but the jupload functionality is available only when I log in as admin. If I log in with another username I can't use jupload.
Does anybody know how to use jupload for other users, than admin?
Thank you

Re: How To Translate webEditon to another language?
Hello, I modified the file translation.inc.php, but nothing changed. There are more languages in the folder webEdition/we/include/we_language. Finnish, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish, Russian and Polish are there installed automatically and there is also my new translation for Czech, but none of these lan...

Re: WYSIWYG Firefox vs. MSIE, SAFARI, CHROME
Daniel, thank you for your reply. It's a really a pity. I'm thinking about implementing another WYSIWYG editor, that would be more configurable. I believe, that it would be very useful to have a choice from two or more editors. Has anybody tried to implement other WYSIWYG editor, e.g. TinyMCE, FCKed...

WYSIWYG Firefox vs. MSIE, SAFARI, CHROME
Hi, I've just found a strange behavior of the WYSIWYG editor. If I want to make some text bold, different browsers produce different code: Firefox: <span style="font-weight: bold;">bold text</span> MSIE and other browsers: <strong>bold text</strong> Visually the output looks the same, but ...
