Hello everybody,

I would like to translate webEdition to my language (Czech). Could you please help me, how to do that?

1) I have already downloaded sources from SVN.
2) I have copied the folder webEdition/we/include/we_language/English_UTF-8 to ...Czech_UTF-8
3) I have translated some files
4) how do I add my translation to my webEditon installationso that I can choose it as my new language. I have tried copying the folder to the installation, but that does'nt help. There must be something else, that I have to do.

hi,

open in ur czech folder the file translation.inc.php and edit the name and content of the array element....
$_language["translation"]["Czech_UTF-8"] = "Czecheslowakia (Czech UTF-8)";

Hello,

I modified the file translation.inc.php, but nothing changed.

There are more languages in the folder webEdition/we/include/we_language. Finnish, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish, Russian and Polish are there installed automatically and there is also my new translation for Czech, but none of these languages is offered in webEdition to choose. Is there anything else, that needs to be changed?
