Delete/remove registered user/customer <we:tag>

Hi,
Registered user accounts can be deactivated using the "Access denied" (LoginDenied) check box in the customer module but this keeps the customers information in the system; which may not be acceptable for some customers.
What we really need is a rounded solution for registering and deleting customers via a <we:tag> either by using <we:delete> or by creating a new <we:registeredUserDelete> tag.
There are obvious questions relating to deleting registered users such as what happens to customer generated documents and objects as well as any uploaded content (images, binary, etc.). Also should the customers content be made available for download prior to deleting the account?
Quite a few things for the development team to consider.
