Hi there,

I have installed the latest version of webEdition.
I got a database with customers, and recovered it with no problems.
I checked the customer module, and everyone is there.

Now the problem is, when i send newsletters.
When I made a newsletter and try to send it, 0 emails are send.
While the database contains over 2000 email addresses.

When i click "List Overview.." I get the following:

Code: Alles auswählen

Mailing list 1
      Customers
      E-mails
      CSV files
   E-mail address(es) in liste 1:0
   E-mail adress(es) all list(s):0

If I try to send it:

Code: Alles auswählen

Sending...
The newsletter campaign has started...
The newsletter campaign has finished.

Does someone knows what this problem could be?

Please check the settings of your newsletter module. You have to assign the customer module fields to the newsletter module fields, e.g. which field from the customer module contains the email address, which field contains forename and surname and so on.
