777 Problems

Hej

I have tried to install the demo. I can change the permissions for the root directory and xkfziku20f directory to 777. When i change the permission for we_demo and we_demoXXXXX to 777 it automatically switch to 755 when i log off with ftp.

What shall i do - i really want to try the program on my own server

What exactly is the problem on your server? Can you start the installation on http://localhost/xkfziku20f/php.php in your browser and send the error messages to installer@webedition.de ? Then we can find out what exactly goes wrong with the installation.
